Umashree Roy : Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan turned 57 on Wednesday. Like every year, admirers gathered outside Mannat, his seaside villa in Mumbai, to wish him a very happy birthday on late-night of November 1. The actor surprised everyone and celebrated his birthday with fans at midnight. However, it did not stop there. The crowd remained the same the next morning as well.
Taking to his official social media handle, King Khan has shared a post to express his gratitude. The actor shared a fresh selfie, featuring his fans outside Mannat on November 2. Instagramming the photo, he wrote a short caption, which read, “It’s so lovely to live in front of the sea…..the sea of love that spreads all around me on my birthday….thank u. Grateful for making me feel so special….& happy.”
Sporting a casual look, the Don actor can be seen in a white round-neck tee. He completed his dapper look with a pair of shades. As soon as he shared the photo on his social media platform, thousands of fans showered love on it, and poured birthday wishes for him in the comments section.
The fans are also looking forward to more glimpses from his movies on the occasion of his birthday, with Pathaan, SRK birthday and Shah Rukh Khan trending on Twitter. Shah Rukh Khan will be seen as some sort of a spy-patriot in Yash Raj Films’ highly anticipated Pathaan. The movie also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles, and has been helmed by War director Siddharth Anand.
Apart from Pathaan, Shah Rukh will be seen in Atlee’s actioner Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani’s social drama Dunki, which also features Taapsee Pannu in a pivotal role. Taapsee has previously collaborated with SRK on Badla, which was produced by the star.
